All materials that come in contact with our ice during production are made of 100% food grade stainless steel.
Once produced, the ice is stored in a self-contained food grade stainless steel bin.
After you deposit your money, ice is mechanically dropped into a chute, bagged and delivered to you all in about 8 seconds. Ice is available in either 16 pounds bagged or 20 pounds bulk.
A free-standing modular building produces, stores, bags, and vends ice to the consumer in an automated fashion delivering either 16 pounds bagged or 20 pounds bulk. The buildings are equipped with sales counters that track the amount of cash deposits. Optional water dispensing also provides customers a low-cost alternative to bottled water. If a problem occurs, the system will automatically telephone the owner or maintenance technician and notify them of the problem.
The Ice House America® ice vending machine is capable of producing and delivering more than 500 sixteen-pound bags of ice per day and can be configured to double productivity in areas of high demand. It’s open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the product is always fresh crushed chewable ice. The Ice House America® modular building is NAMA certified and meets all applicable building codes for each state in which it is placed.
